Very clean bed in the suite, plus an electronic key card, a multi-channel television, and a study table. Satisfactory breakfast with hot food, outstandingly accommodating workers. Magnificent and stunning location close to Borgo Ognissanti.

Wonderful hotel, gentle staff, MAGNIFICENT location in a nice area. Early check-in, good sized rooms with comfortable beds and the bathroom, as example. Delicious breakfast for all tastes. Private parking nearby provided. Everything perfect. What a wonderful stay, nothing too much trouble.

The air conditioning unit was a bit noisy was good, and the beds had some unexpected guests, bed bugs. Plus, the heavy humidity left our clothing damp due to a radiator that didn't function properly and a stinky smell hit us every time we entered the room, reminiscent of wet laundry. Breakfast was decent but came with inconsistently served items, leaving some offerings cold and lacking flavor.

Has recently been refurbished very modern facilities and rooms light and airy. The management and staff very friendly and happy to assist.
Need to add extra electrical socket so fridge and tv can be on at the same time

The staff of the hotel are really welcoming, careful and helpful. The hotel is very clean and 5 min walking to the city centre.
There should be hairdryer in the rooms.

I loved the home-like atmosphere created by the family-run management. The staff were great, even accommodating our late arrival by calling a restaurant to ensure we could still eat. Plus, the quiet street location was perfect, just a short walk from all major attractions.
